RMA: Getting Corsair to cover postage costs

I had to get my PSU replaced under warranty. A replacement was sent out, but this was also defective. After initially expecting me to cover the postage for the defective replacement, the agent agreed to organise a courier. After another couple of weeks, the second replacement arrived. Now I need to return the original PSU, but the agent says that I need to pay for this. Not particularly happy with Corsair at the moment as this is now a month since the original RMA request was submitted, and the problems with the first replacement PSU. The agent has been slow to answer, taking several days to reply and repeatedly ignoring questions about postage. The PSU has to be returned from the UK to the Netherlands, so the postage is not exactly cheap. Is there any way to contest this decision and get Corsair to cover the return postage cost?
