Hulgen Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 So i had a key cap on my Corsair gaming k70 lux break on me last night and i was trying to find replacement keys for the Eu version but i found out that you guys don't make replacement key sets for EU but i also found out that it's possible to get them sent if i make a ticket for which i needed an account on https://connect.corsair.com/dss/ws/restpoints/WebPages/webFiles/Registration/which then didn't work because i kept getting this error. "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR CODES: 002 0D1D47B8-C364-4A0A-A594-607CDA285933" My question now is, what should i do? Make sure that you are using a capital letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character (@$% etc...). Also, make sure you aren't using your username or real name as a password.
