ccookie281 Posted February 26, 2018 Share Posted February 26, 2018 Hello! I just got the ST100 stand and I am having audio issues with my Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum wireless headset. When I have the ST100 plugged in I am able to hear audio from the headset while gaming or listening to Spotify, but sound does not work with Discord or voice recorder. My mic does not seem to work as I am not able to record on voice recorder or use Discord. Occasionally my friends are able to hear me on Discord, but I am unable to hear them. Its pretty frustrating... This problem only seems to happen when I have the ST100 plugged in. I've had this headset for a while and have not had issues with it until I received the ST100. Has anyone else had an issue like this? I was under the impression that I would be able to use any headset with the stand. I am hoping to find some kind of resolution so that I don't have to return the stand... because.. well its pretty! :biggrin: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 Double check the default audio/recording devices in Windows and the applications. Are they set to the Logitech headset?
