benbrookes Posted February 25, 2018 Share Posted February 25, 2018 i recently bought the Corsair RBG void pro headset and once i had set it for its first time charge i left the house for about an hour, upon returning none of the lights were on and the headset showed no signs of life. i did the recommended thing and allowed the headset to die naturally and tried again in four days time to no avail. after searching i discovered the Boot Loader mode issue. it has been stated on the forums that if the device is in bootloader mode it will show up as an Avenera device, mine does not however, it shows up as it is supposed to as the Corsair headset. i put in a ticket with support but they just approved an RMA without any speculation on the products error. any assistance would be appreciated :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 The VOID PRO's bootloader mode is disabled/not implemented compared to the original VOID. Consider taking it back to your retailer as it may be a faster replacement process than Corsair. Otherwise, continue with the RMA with Corsair.
