rx7dude
Hey all, so my H115i stock fans are decent. They tend to get really loud and I just don't like that. My question is will the Noctua nf-a14 industrialppc-2000 pwm fans be compatible with Corsair Link as im planning on switching to those. Im getting these for a good discount at a local store and I've heard lots of good stuff about noctua. Thanks for any help!
c-attack
Yes, just make sure you get the PWM version. There are multiple models with similar designations, but not all are PWM. The IP67 label is inconsequential and refers to the ability to operate underwater. Probably not in your plans, so you can go with or without it. The 3000 rpm is version is beyond overkill and has a minimum speed of 800 rpm, something that is noticeable in quiet rooms. Don't be swayed. 2000 rpm is already more than you can use and those will drop down to 450-500 when not needed.
