psfuller
After attempting to get my ram running at 1866MHz, under the memory tab on CPU-Z the DRAM Frequency says 936.5 MHz, so mission achieved? Yet under the SPD tab the Max Bandwidth says PC3-10700(667 MHz). Should it read PC3-15000 (1866MHz)?
c-attack
The memory tab is giving you the single data rate for the speed you are actually running. In the more traditional double data rate view, that would be approximately your desired 1866 MHz. This is the tab to use to see your current settings. The speed tab isn't taking an actual reading, but only displays the native single data rate speed for the type of module. DDR3 has a native speed of 1333, therefore the single rate of 667. It will always say this regardless of your actual speed and may also have some required JEDEC information regarding the XMP timings contained on the module and/or alternate acceptable JEDEC timings for the default 1333 frequency. Not much useful information here, unless you want to know your primary XMP timings.
