My stepson sent his faulty exeternal hard disk back in November, which was received by Corsair, with official RMA number, and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. This is disgusting treatment of a customer, and I expect someone at Corsair to give me the information regarding contact, you are extremely coy in hiding you contact details, emails have been sent asking where this RMA is but no one has replied. I don't believe they have a UK number, You can contact Corsair using Skype by calling their toll-free number. http://www.corsair.com/en-ww/company/about-corsair You will want to the RMA number, proof of delivery or some kind of ID that can be used to locate the package if it was delivered.
