athomas822 Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 hi, i have the corsair strafe rgb and everytime CUE loads up the information that i am giving my keyboard is getting stuck somewhere in the software,sometimes is works and sometimes it doesnt. if i turn CUE off my keyboard works fine. i do not know what to do, i have un installed and re installed so many times now i dont know what to do. is anyone else having theses issues Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Connect the keyboard into the USB 2.0 ports instead of the 3.0 ports at the back of the motherboard as they are controlled by the AMD chipset rather than a third party controller, as they are known to cause most CUE related issues. Could not get my CUE2 to work. It worked and after restart it stopped working. Hi try this: 1) Untick SDK 2) Try different pooling rates This made my keyboard to work again. I tested this on my Z270 motherboard Intel. I do have only USB3 ports at back. Did try it only on USB2 same problem.
