CUE not detecting keyboard on boot

I just recently got the K70 RGB.

But I don't know why CUE is not picking up my keyboard after booting into Windows. CUE starts up, but when I open it, it doesn't see my keyboard. All I get is the factory red/white LED lit.

 

I have to exit CUE and then open it again, and all is fine.

 

Any fix for this?

Here is my log. The first is after booting into Windows and the keyboard was not detected. I closed CUE and then reopened it (the second log), and then it loaded correctly.

Your motherboard has a third party USB controller.

You will want to make sure your third party USB drivers are up to date or refer to your motherboard's user manual to find out which port is controlled by which and connect the keyboard into a Intel controlled port.

What FW version is the keyboard on?

Reinstall CUE and see if that helps.

Have you tried a different USB port?

Try a different USB port and see whether that changes anything.

Do you have the latest BIOS, chipset drivers, Windows updates installed? etc?
