Just purchased this mouse and as soon as I plugged it in the cursor moved diagonally to the bottom right corner of the screen. The mouse does light up and the buttons work but moving the mouse has no effect on the cursor movement. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CUE and updated the firmware on the mouse to no effect. I have also tried the mouse on a separate pc with the same outcome. Any ideas before I RMA? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 Contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the mouse for you. If not, request an RMA to replace it via Corsair. Note: You may be eligible for a prepaid shipping label as your mouse is less than 30 days old. You will need to request it via the ticket or phone.
