exileediting Posted March 7, 2016 Share Posted March 7, 2016 So my first problem was that in-game my sound would be reversed or inverted which was weird and the sound would muffle/be distorted. That hasn't happened in a while. So now whats happening is that my headset is plugged in and the little controller or pad with the volume button and mute mic button don't work. The blue light comes on but the sound doesn't work and my mic doesn't work. When I plug it in it shows an error at the bottom right saying that the USB device I last connected has malfunctioned. Sometimes after plugging it in and out for 5 minutes it will work but after a couple seconds to 5 minutes it will shut off again. I'm guessing its dead and I'll need to buy a new one..
