6 Weeks and Nothing...

I currently have an approved return and ongoing ticket via your warranty services for 8 sticks of RAM (modules). You received the faulty RAM and agreed to replace it on Jan 18, 2016. Today is February 29, 2016 - over 6 weeks since I've heard anything.

 

Is this common practice for Corsair? I ended up purchasing mid-level RAM just to get me by until the new sticks arrive - but over 6 weeks is pretty ridiculous.

 

What's the hold-up???
