n3m37h Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 Today I've had a few problems with my Void disconnecting and not reconnecting (3-4x). The only way I could get it to reconnect was to force an update to the headset. After getting disconnected, the dongle acts as if there is still something connected to it (White solid light) I had tried shutting down CUE, unplugging dongle and shutting down the headset with no avail. Included logs I have found that sometimes I can take the headset out of range and it reconnects other times it will do as I described above without being out of rangelogs.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
