a questiom about express rma policy

Dear corsair guys

 

Sorry for bothering again. I have sent back my defective PSU by sea cargo one month ago , but it still doesn't arrive. So, I transferred to Express RMA.

 

The question is that it says "To avoid being charged, we need to receive your unit back within 10 business days from the date your Express RMA is shipped."

,so if the defective PSU cannot arrive within time limit and, therefore, the credit card were charged, will it be refunded after corsair receives the defective PSU later?
