I am running win 7 64bit I have uninstalled it cleaned registry and reinstalled several dif versions and nothing works. hardware manager shows h100i v2 but can not locate the drivers i have tried updating and manually searching for them and nothing is working for me. I also tried the win 8 work around for the registry but i dont have that registry entry. if you know what im doing wrong please help.

red-ray
Only CL 4.2.0.162 has the driver that should support the H100iV2. The driver you need is highlighted below, do you have it? Sort by Installed on as I did. Post the Device Manager screen shot and the properties page that shows any error code once the driver is installed. red-ray
When you installed CL4 is should have been automatically installed. As I recall there was a popup I needed to say yes to. Does dism /online /get-drivers /format:table | find "Corsair" or dism /online /get-drivers /format:table list any Corsair drivers? I get: D:\>dism /online /get-drivers /format:table | find "Corsair" oem12.inf | siusbxp.inf | No | USB | Corsair Memory, Inc. | 14/07/2010 | 3.3.0.0 oem16.inf | hydros7289.inf | No | USB | Corsair Components, Inc. | 30/10/2015 | 3.6.0.

red-ray
So go 2 local disc c dism online get drivers / format table find corsair is there a program I use to search for them or just use windows I do not understand what you are asking. If you have UAC disabled then you can pipe the output via find as I did. With UAC enabled this may not work and you will need to look through manually. Just copy the output text into notepad or similar. CL4 should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\CorsairLink4, is it? It's hard to know what you have done and what the setup is on your system. Post links to screen shots.
OuijaEight
UAC is disabled.. so gonna try what you said

OuijaEight
the one image is blurry but the error message reads Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
red-ray
I have seen this reported before and never seen what I feel is a good solution. See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138520, http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147609, http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149737, etc.. search for digitally signed and you will find lots of others. Log a call to https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see if they know how to fix it. I have never had this on any of my systems, so have not had the chance to figure out the root cause. OuijaEight
I have got this fixed. I Uninstalled everything.. cleaned all the drivers out. deleted everything from the windows32 drivers folder. used cccleaner and Wise Registry cleaner and reinstalled the files.. opted not to run the program until i restarted the computer. .. once i restarted the computer. windows recognized the h100i and everything shows up in CL. thank you for helping me.. i really, really appreciate it. the whole time it was probably that when i downloaded the software it was somehow corrupt. http://legacycomp.com/working.jpg http://legacycomp.com/working2.jpg
red-ray
It's good the H110iV2 is now reporting, but I am not sure why. I suspect the initial install of CL4 went wrong. Compared to AIDA64 a lot of temperatures seem to be missing, are they on the Home page? The H110iV2 is all rather new and as yet I have not fully figured it out. I added support in my SIV utility, but as yet have not even tested how well this works.
OuijaEight
All the temps are there I had the program expanded to show just the cpu temps.. but yes they are working. Is the v2 really the h100i gtx rebadged?
red-ray
All the temps are there I had the program expanded to show just the cpu temps.. but yes they are working. Is the v2 really the h100i gtx rebadged? Does the CL4 home screen show the PCI-E #1 + PCI-E #2 temperatures? AFAIK basically yes. What is the firmware version please? Those two versions are technically the same in terms of performance and build quality, no difference in FW either. The only difference is that the V2 units have had their CPU blocks slightly tweaked to ensure compatibility with some Skylake m-ITX boards that may have components really close to the socket. OuijaEight
Yes shows both temps
red-ray
Yes shows both temps Are you 100% sure as looking at http://legacycomp.com/working.jpg the PCI-E #1 + PCI-E #2 temperatures are not present. Please post a similar screen shot, but showing CL4 Home + AIDA64.
CHarrisMedia
Only CL 4.2.0.162 has the driver that should support the H100iV2. The driver you need is highlighted below, do you have it? Sort by Installed on as I did. Post the Device Manager screen shot and the properties page that shows any error code once the driver is installed. FOUND A FIX 1. Uninstall Corsair Link completely along with "Windows Driver Package - Corsair Components" (From programs and features) 2. Install corsair link version v4.2.0.162 (Mirror) 3. During install, it should prompt for install of the correct drivers, I believe it asked me to click install twice but just follow the process. 4. Once installed, open link and you should see your cooler 5. Update to the latest version of Corsair link, you now have the right drivers and latest version of the software.
