laserob Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 I want to upgrade my HX850i to a HX1200i because I'm adding more GPUs and was wondering if I can use my existing case cables or if I need to replace them? laserob Posted February 23, 2016 Author Share Posted February 23, 2016 Based on calculator estimates and my hardware, they say I'm currently generating around 800w max. I normally err on the side of caution and go with a higher wattage PSU to allow for future upgrades/expansion such as quad SLI or custom water cooling loop or multiple hard drives.
