Yeren
Good afternoon, sorry to burden with an issues I have had the H100i for just over 3 years, and i think something has gone wrong with it. I currently run a 3770k not overclocked. and temps seem to be escalating daily. I used to have temps or 27-34 when idle but now i am lucky if i can get under 60Degree Celcius when idle. Try and open a game and they hit 100 to the point where it just shuts down for safety reasons. I can here like a cackling grinding noise from inside the case and have read about some of the previous issues. do you think i am a suffered of this? Mif
Sounds to me like the pump unit may have gone out. Feel the top of the CPU block. Is it hot to touch? If so, I would contact RMA and get a replacement.
Yeren
Yeah, and 1 of the tubes is ALOT hotter than the other by the block. I will open a RMA, just dont want them thinking im messing with them as i only JUST RMA a PSU 3 weeks ago that i bought at the same time
Corsair Employee Greybeard Posted February 19, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 19, 2016 Sounds like your pump may have gone wonky. One tube being a LOT hotter than the other is a pretty clear indication that you don't have circulation. If you have C Link installed, you should be able to verify the pump's rpm. In any case, I'd definitely get that cooler replaced via RMA.
