I go insert the blue tooth Dongle into the SAME USB port that has been correctly working for the last 2 weeks and BAM. Message from windows saying the USB device is unrecognized. Worked fine all day at work, even tried it on another computer once I got home only to get the same message. Going into device manager I do in fact see a yellow ! next to the USB port. Toasted Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 The dongle may be faulty if you get the same message on another computer. Does the LED on the dongle do anything or is it off? Put in a support ticket as you may need to replace the dongle.
