Weird stuff going on with CUE

Hello!

So my CUE has been acting really weird lately. Basically, it hasen't been functioning at all.

The story goes that a month ago I installed a tablet driver for my tablet by Wacom. Almost immediatly after installation my keyboard (K70 RGB) started flickering and then it goes back to the basic lightning (red keys with white on wasd). At the same time my headset (H2100 Wireless Dolby 7.1) dies for like 5 seconds and then goes to its basic settings.

After this has happened I try and open the software but the program doesnt open at all. When I go into task manager the software takes up 20% on my CPU.

I thought that I'd try reinstalling the software but as you're gonna see in the video coming up, is that when I try and uninstall, the box doesn't appear.

Here's the video of me trying to uninstall the software.

I hope you guys could probably help me with this.

P.S: I'm using Windows 8 (just incase you needed that info)

It sounds like there could be a conflict between the Wacom drivers and the Corsair drivers.

I would make sure your chipset drivers, drivers for every other device and Windows is up to date.

Have you tried plugging the keyboard into different USB ports? Does it help?

Download the 1.13.36 installer from the FAQ thread and run the installer. Does the installer show up?

I tried uninstalling the Wacom drivers and that made it so that I could uninstall the corsair software. Right now I'm only using the headset so I got that working.

It seemed like those drivers were conflicting with each other. I will try and downloading back the wacom drivers again though since I do need those after all. If any more problems come up, I'll come back.

Thanks!
