MonteToast Posted January 8, 2016 Share Posted January 8, 2016 Hello, my H110 gt isnt detected by corsair link and i just dont know why. The device manager describes it as "unknown USB-Device". So i guess there is a problem with the driver. So far i tried reinstalling it a couple of time. Still i can see the pump and fan speeds. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Right click the device in Device Manager and copy+paste the device status here. Have you tried a different USB port? Is Windows and your chipset drivers up to date? Have you tried allowing Windows to search for the drivers automatically? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
red-ray Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 It's tricky to know what to tell you to do as you have not added your PC specs to your profile, so do this. Using Device Manager uninstall the "unknown USB-Device", power down the system for 2 minutes and then reboot. What does Device Manager now report?
