IgorTavs Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 Corsair, I come here to inform/report, while asking for help, that your RMA presented in Brasil is failing hard and going against the law of our country as there are dozens of people here having 1 month or more of no response and without their products in hands. Most people sent PSUs to RMA here and are since 1 month not using their pcs, and not having even a single response from anywhere here. According to an important site here in Brasil (http://www.reclameaqui.com.br/indices/80928/corsair-brasil/) , made to help people share complaint against companies, there are more than 10 cases of this illegality just in this month. Thats why i came here, as (of course) at the same time people here are taking legal action against Corsair, because if we can solve this without needing the court, we will have our products sooner in our hands and you may clean your reputation. The guy who does the RMA here is kidding on everyones face. He is not even doing his work here, 0 response! ZERO! and worse! he is solving only some particular RMAs (and he answer the customers with 0 respect for them and for what they are facing, like if everything was fine), specially when Corsair Brasil is close to be investigated, doing smart moves to keep safe, while around 20 customers are being ignored and suffering losses! Almost everyone got passed 30 days now without their products! Are you insane? these guys here must be fired! Or are you there into that corruption too? Because if you wanna play this way even from the head office, you are getting into a large trouble. Even if the most we can do is about your reputation, but even this way, we here will get together and create a doom in your reputation around the internet for all the time, and showing only the truth! Corsair? Are you out of your mind? Time is running, the amount of people is going beyond 30. And have you even in mind that there are people who uses their pc to work? What the hell are you doing? People are having more than 1 month of losses because of your corruption. Doesnt matter why it is happening, nor customers need to worry or know. Its your duty, your fault All you must do is solve this, and fast! No matter how You are a damn known and rich company, send those damn products to your customers. With all due respect to you who is answering me here and reporting it. But am saying this to the entire Corsair, or specially to Corsair bosses. Do you think it is a game? Do you think we had our PSUs, water coolers, etc for free? Do you think you still inside the legal terms? Do you think 30+ days are something we should think "oh, ok, relax and lets wait. Why do we need to work, right? hahaha" Me and many others are in the limit of patience here, think about it before you start to not like our words or actions.
