Viper575
A couple weeks ago, I started receiving a pop-up upon re-boot stating firmware 1.20 was available for my K70 RGB. Every time I try to update, I immediately get a failed update message. No other information is provided. This happens every time I re-boot. Any suggestions? terabyte
First thing update your CUE software to the latest 1.7.106 version, after that try updating the firmware again. If it still does not work try on a USB 2.0 port in case you are using 3.0, after that try also on another computer if possible if changing USB port does not work. Viper575
My CUE software is current. I moved from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 and re-booted, but the result is the same. When I click Update, it immediately states the update failed.
