jeskie
Hi Guys. Help please: I have just purchased a Neutron XT 960gb and it doesn't show up in BIOS no matter what i do. I have tried: All the SATA ports BIOS settings; AHCI etc. Default BIOS settings. Changed SATA cables and Power cables Ordered a replacement Neutron as I thought it must be faulty. Same problem. Updated to latest BIOS, just in case. I have a Rampage V Extreme. Would the SSD not be compatible? Or should I fear the worst and my SATA controller is not working? Its a new motherboard. Its the only drive I have so unable to test the drive on another machine or test the SATA ports. I can see the red light in the SSD, it has power. HELPPPPPPP? You have the latest BIOS 1401 and you say that you have set the bios to defaults was that done by f7/f5(or what ever) or have you tried a cmos reset?? Toasted
Test the drives on another computer and see if they are detected and working normally.
