Synthohol Posted January 6, 2015 Share Posted January 6, 2015 please open a new RMA and in the comments section please specify the previous RMA# and contact info, or better yet can you call them toll free and explain. after a year you may have to pay for shipping again unless you call them and sweet talk them into sending you a prepaid label. ya never know until you ask. good luck and sorry to hear your troubles.
