devilsadvocate
My Corsair Sp2500 which I bought last Jan since today morning is very very quiet. At full volume my laptop speakers are louder than that.To rule out laptop issues I played from another computer and my phone and it has same results. The volume is even fainter.I have taken out and re connected all the cables,no joy.The setup is exactly same as yesterday with no changes.is it dead?? What to do now?I am now living in India and bought it from here.
Toasted
Request an RMA and explain your issue. Corsair will be able to help you resolve your issue. Make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase.

Lady Fitzgerald
I have made an RMA with number #6520456.No response so far. Corsair works only on weekdays (same as most normal people) so it may be a day or two before they can respond.
devilsadvocate
Finally I got an RMA from Corsair ASKING ME TO SHIP THE SPEAKERS TO TAIWAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! The cost is about more than cost of the speakers itself. What to say about the customer support???
Toasted
You can call Customer Service via phone and ask if they can assist with the shipping fees. They may or may not cover the fees. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number.
