franrr Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 Hi, I just bought a keyboard Crsair K70, but my hard joy little as to connect the teclaod on my PC nothing happened, I connect and disconnect and was coming down to install drivers supposedly but then gave an error that said that windows he could not recognize the device, and the device manager listed as unknown device. After many tests the LEDs lit but only multimedia keys and small round buttons lock the windows and lighting control. Toasted Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Latest BIOS and chipset drivers and Windows updates? Open Device Manager, right click the unknown device>properties>details>hardware ids.
