xupthree60 Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 my mic on my 1500 is very low, I only use it on cs go so I dont know if its just with that game or with others. I have my mic turned up 100% and volume to 12 to try to combat it but people still complain my volume is too low. Toasted Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 It may be a faulty microphone, you can contact your seller and ask if they can replace it for you or request an RMA to replace the headset via Corsair, make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase. The headset has a two year warranty from purchase date. You can try this first and see if it improves anything.
