ChazyMazzy
Ok, so recently I just bought a new gaming headset as my old ones were beginning to break. I found this headset, and it looked comfortable and affordable. When I got the headset, I could watch videos perfectly, but then there became a constant buzzing noise, after I tested the mic quality on a program called Audacity, and the noise is unbearable. I've tried everything I could to try and resolve this problem, but I've had no luck. I would appreciate all help and replies. Thank you.
ChazyMazzy
If needed I could make a video for you to listen to the noise, if necessary.
Toasted
Try the headset on another computer, Is the microphone quality better or still bad?
ChazyMazzy
I tried it on my laptop, and it made the exact same noise, however it was not as loud.
AidanIsGaming
It sounds silly, but make sure the cable is stretched out and there is no tangles in the cable, it used to happen with my old headset and it turned out to be the problem
ChazyMazzy
The headset was brand new out of the box and Im pretty sure the cable was straight anyways, but I'll give it another go and see if that was the problem.
