Dobster Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 I purchased a K70 keyboard in approx may 2013 and a few months later four of the key LED's failed. After getting a replacement I hoped this would be the end of it but now I notice that my "A" key LED has gone out. To be honest I am starting to lose faith in the quality of these keyboards. They are very expensive and should last longer than 6-12 months. What options do I have? A full refund would be nice but I guess that is a no go. Toasted Posted July 12, 2014 Share Posted July 12, 2014 The keyboards have a two year warranty. You can request an RMA to replace it via Corsair again. I speak from experience - 3 K90's, 1 K95 all dead LED's. Last 2 direct replacements from Corsair. 2 year warranty run out.
