rcac1749 Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 Recently purchased 2 Gb of Corsair DDR PC 3200/400 Mhz Ram for a 6 year old 2.4 Pentium 4 machine. I removed the 1 stick Corsair DDR 256KB PC 3200 /400 MHZ and installed the two new sticks. The new Ram did nothing. The computer did not boot. After reseating everything on the motherboard and installing the old 256MB stick the machine finally booted up. My profile displays the system configuration of the affected machine.
