Apollon
Hello dear supportteam, firstoff I have to apologize for any grammar mistakes because I don't live in an English speaking country( I use this forum because the foreign support doesn't seem to be very active) Well, here is my problem: Yesterday I noticed that my right speaker isn't working properly. It has been okay all the time and all of a sudden the speaker started to perform badly.( very quiet sound and bad quality) I've tried several songs/equalizers/music devices and I used the white cable for the red one /vice verca. Therefore I came to the conclusion that it has something to do with the red input on the back of the subwoofer. That's all I hope you can help me and a happy new year ;)

Apollon
Hey there ramguy, sorry for bumping this thread but I have a simple question: Does corsair treat the SP2500 as a set? or in other words, do I have to send you every piece or onle the defect one? RMA got approved and assigned btw
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 7, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 7, 2013 We don't have any individual parts for it so you'll want to send it as a whole. Contact our customer service if shipping expenses are too high.
