do you need a lighting node pro if you the case you have has a lighting node core?

i am wondering if i get the commander pro, would i need the lighting node pro if my case (465x) already comes with a lighting node core? thanks

You won't need a Lighting Node Pro but if you want to control the RGB from the Commander Pro, you will need and RGB Fan LED Hub. See the RGB FAQ for details.

Note that the LNP is 2-channel, 3-pin, just like the Commander Pro. Fans don't connect to it. They connect to the Fan Hub (or Lighting Node Core). The LNC has 1 channel of a LNP built in + the fan hub.
