Gnomely
Installed a new H115i Platinum and I'm unable to control the fan speed of whatever fan is plugged into the cable labelled #1. Tried switching the fans around - it just repeats the behaviour on the other fan. Tried each fan running from a PWM socket on the motherboard - they work fineSetup a custom fan profile - nothing changesIts using the Coolant temp - not CPUSetting fan #1 to zero rpm - nothing changesLatest firmware for H115i Platinum is installed and I've tried force installing itLatest iCue is running - tried uninstalling and reinstallingFan 2 does change RPM but its slow in doing soPump RPM does change - again its quite slow in doing soRGB lighting is working fine! I'm at a loss for what it could be, ready to pull the thing and send it back. I've attached logs if that helps.h115i.zip Edited August 16, 2019 by Gnomely Uploaded logs
c-attack
1) Make sure you are not running other monitoring programs (AIDA, HWiNFO, etc.). 2) Define "slow to change". Like 3 seconds? 10?
Gnomely
No other monitoring software running or installed. Slow to change, like up to 10 seconds.
c-attack
You can contact Corsair Tech support through the ticket system, but I would probably pack it up and exchange with the vendor. Not really sure what is going on, but it seems like a hardware level controller issue. No fix for that, if true.
