kocgun Posted October 2, 2019 Share Posted October 2, 2019 (edited) I haven notice this before but one of the leds on my keyboard wont compleatly turn off specificly tha app key led. Is very sutile that why i dident notice it at first. I bought this keyboard a week ago an is still under waranty. Is it hard to get it replace dose this qualify under the waranty? Apophis3 Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 (edited) Considering I have the same kb, and my LEDs turn completely off using the Lighting button. What firmware are you on? If it is a firmware issue, you can probably reset the light mapping with either a soft reset or hard reset.
