insp1re2600 Posted October 31, 2019 Share Posted October 31, 2019 (edited) So i returned a keyboard for RMA, over 8 days ago it was received by corsair, i still haven't received my advanced RMA refund, nor have i received any responses to my queries. To top it all off the keyboard corsair sent me had very sticky mechanical keys to which i had to manually clean them with isopropyl myself to get them functional. Getting fed up with it now, awful icue software, awful support. Will need to look elsewhere next time. You guys really need to sort out better support, week+ with no response every time i have used you is pretty poor. Especially when support is so prompt when cash is changing hands.
