So i returned a keyboard for RMA, over 8 days ago it was received by corsair, i still haven't received my advanced RMA refund, nor have i received any responses to my queries.

To top it all off the keyboard corsair sent me had very sticky mechanical keys to which i had to manually clean them with isopropyl myself to get them functional.

Getting fed up with it now, awful icue software, awful support. Will need to look elsewhere next time.
