Baio Posted March 28, 2020 Share Posted March 28, 2020 Hi there, I've kept my mouse wired all night with pc on and this morning I removed the USB cable but iCue says it still has a critical battery level. Strange thing, I've kept my K63 keyboard wired too, and after a whole night it'still indicated on medium charge. USB cables are connected in the rear ports of the mobo with 2 Amazon basic USB 2.0 extension cord. Baio Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Baio Posted March 29, 2020 Author Share Posted March 29, 2020 UPDATE It seems the problem is within iCue, just like the software is not able to correctly state the charge status of the device.
