H3i
Hi, I just bought the ML140 pro RGB fan and i was wondering what's the voltage for the 4 pin RGB connector? Everyone is saying 5V but on the connector it actually shows the number "12". My motherboard has digital RGB adressable headers and i can commute them to 5V or 12V. With 5V the fan is running but has no LEDs. I want to be sure that the Fan LEDs are 5V so i wont fried them :D: . PS: i know i should buy the RGB lighting hub and Lighting Node PRO but since my motherboard is recent and has the digital headers (5v or 12v) i thought i could give it a try. DevBiker
They are 5V. And they won't work on a motherboard header, at least, not without an adapter.
