portroyal91 Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Hey everybody, I installed 3 hd120's and 4 LED strips last night with the lightning node pro, everything was working fine and controlling the fans in the software was a breeze. I turned the computer off and woke up this morning, and none of it works. iCue isn't detecting the lightning node pro, everything is hooked up correctly in the case, the fans are turning on but none of the LED's are working. Any thoughts? Drivers are updated, just reinstalled iCue, rebooted the computer again, closed all apps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DevBiker Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Using USBDeView, can you check to see if the Lighting Node Pro is detected by Windows? (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html). If not, start with trying to unplug the USB connection and plug it back in. Let us know the results.
