Padinn
I plan to install my h100 at the top of my had 932. Should I have it set to draw air in or exhaust?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 24, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 24, 2011 I t will depend on the case but for best cooling its best to have cool fresh Air over the Radiator
Padinn
I decided to go exhaust because I think it would mess up a lot of things having it suck in air from the top...not to mention my cat loves sleeping on my case sometimes (hehe). I need help selecting 2 additional fans for push pull. I've never tried water cooling before and static pressure stuff confused me...it looks like the included fans range from 1.6 to 7.7mm....no idea where I can find similar fans elsewhere. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 25, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 25, 2011 The fans we use are about 2000 RPM at 70 CFM at about 2.6 Static pressure so you will want to get fans about the same spec and pair them up in other words us our two fan in push pull and then the other two fans in push pull. Or the fans with the highest static pressure as the push and the other fans as the Pull fans.
mistermister
Also to clarify, you only need to match or beat the CFM of the push units. Static pressure doesn't really matter for the pull units since they aren't pushing air through the radiator.
