michaelmelon2 Posted January 14, 2016 Share Posted January 14, 2016 So i boot up my computer to find out my k70 rgb is locked at the default settings So i try to launch the Corsair utility engine and it wont run. AT ALL But on other windows accounts (log ins) it worked fine. But not my log in. But it shows that it is running in the background, in windows tasks manager. What i did to troubleshoot: -Uninstalled and reinstalled - Checked for any new updates - Checked i had the right permissions to access it I am honestly confused Please help thanks michael Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you do, please disable them temporarily to see if that has any effect. Try uninstalling it again and remove the whole Corsair folder in APPDATA. Then run the software again to see if that works.
