wa3pnt Posted March 1, 2014 Share Posted March 1, 2014 the USB connector that plugs into the Pump is very deceptive. It appears to be "plugged in", but can be inserted more with some moderate pressure. I found this out when I could not see my H110i in Corsair LINK, thinking that the USB Cable was plugged in. After FULLY inserting it, I have not had another problem. You sill meet resistance when it first goes in. Push harder, and it will go all the way in and not come out.
