SoggyBread Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 (edited) I just got my new HS60 today and i love (considering i was using a cheap turtle beach headset before) but i have 2 problems which is iCUE won't open (i know it isn't the HS60 that is causing it, it's the software) and that it works fine on PC and Xbox but isn't working on my phone(Sony xperia XA2). When i plug it in my phone it just plays through the speakers like it isn't plugged in. I have tried other earphones and headphones and they work fine. Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted October 11, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 11, 2019 If it works without a problem on everything but your phone the issue is going to be with the 3.5mm jack on the phone itself and not with the headset.
