Default Help with Asus A8N_SLI BOIS

hi there, this is my first post, and i would like to ask u to help me with the boise manual setup
my system is

Operation system : Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1 Build 5200)
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor
MotherBoard:Asus A8N-SLI Bios version 1014 nForce4 x16 6.85
Memory: 2GB cmx 1024 3200pro
DirectX Version : DirectX 9.0c
Video Device: BFG NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 1GM

and i want u to help me put values for the fellowing
memory index value
tcl
trcd
trp
trc
trfc
trwt
1T/2T memory timing
s/w DRAM over 4g remapping
h/w DRAM over 4g remapping
Hyper Transport Frenqencey
DDR Voltage

the other are optional to help with
cpu freq
pci express clocl
cpu multiplier
cpu voltage
pci clock syncronization mode

You should set the CPU Frequency manually and set the memory Voltage to 2.75 Volts and you can follow the link in my signature for the tested settings for your modules, and any setting not listed should be set to Auto or Bios default.
