phdibart
I noticed an iCue plugin for Aura Sync posted on the Corsair downloads on 6/20/19. I downloaded and installed it, but nothing appears in either Aura or iCue. Is there any documentation for this? By the name, it seems it's a plug in for Aura, not for iCue, but as I said, there are no new options in Aura.
Corsair Employee Corsair CJ Posted June 23, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 23, 2019 Howdy, Formal documentation is pending. That said here's a brief summary of what it does and how it does it: Aura Sync Plugin for CORSAIR iCUE passes control of CORSAIR Vengeance RGB PRO or Dominator Platinum RGB modules to ASUS Aura Sync through the CORSAIR iCUE SDK. Prereqs: Latest version of CORSAIR iCUE (hit check for updates in iCUE or download latest version from website) AURA Sync Plugin (download from corsair.com) Installation: 1. Install / update iCUE (reboot system if prompted to) 2. Install Aura Sync Plugin 3. In iCUE, go to "Settings" and click the icon for your system memory 4. Check the box for "Enable full software control" 5. Also, make sure that the box for "Enable SDK" is checked. 6. In Aura Sync, enable DRAM link, click "Yes" to save changes if prompted to. phdibart
Thanks for the reply. Are there any plans to expand the Corsair products you can control beyond RAM? Like to LL fans?
Corsair Employee Greybeard Posted June 24, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 24, 2019 I really doubt it that there will for other CORSAIR parts other than the RAM, but if that changes in the future, we'll include them in our patch notes
Julien
Hi, Are VENGEANCE LED (non RGB) and VENGEANCE RGB (non PRO) modules also supported by this plugin ? Also, what about system requirements ? Windows 10 x64 only or compatible with Windows 7 ? Thanks.
Kalorean
Is that plugin still downloadable? When I click to dl, it only shows code in the opening tab.
