Barten Posted December 27, 2015 Share Posted December 27, 2015 So I have a support ticket open and the person that is dealing with it said to "please hold down on the reset button located next to the polling rate switch " I have come to the forums because I cannot find where the reset button nor the polling rate switch is located on the keyboard.
