Lady Fitzgerald
I've tried for the past couple of days to submit a support ticket and get most of the way through filling out the form only to have the web page close on me. When I do get an error message, it says force.com is not responding. I've checked and the cookie for force.com is not blocked. Any suggestions? I have submitted a couple of tickets in the recent past so I don't believe my computer is the problem.
Administrators Technobeard Posted July 8, 2014 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2014 I noticed some small hiccups late Thursday, but nothing since then. I haven't seen any issues today.

Lady Fitzgerald
I just now tried again and got dumped out yet again. For some reason, it doesn't like the part number I select from the list.

Lady Fitzgerald
Easier said than done. After I select the part number of the case, this is what I usually get: Occasionally, I will get an error message saying force.com is not responding. Administrators Technobeard Posted July 8, 2014 Administrators Share Posted July 8, 2014 So IE is crashing then. What version of IE? Should work just fine on 9+ I believe.

Lady Fitzgerald
I was afraid you would say that. I'm perfectly happy with IE11—it works just fine everywhere else—and do not like any others. I would prefer you all fix your web page.
