However, I cannot login to the support and raise RMA for my rams. My next enquiry is...i have no invoice for my rams cos this is a birthday gift from my brother. I dont know when and where he bought. I reset my password which still didn't allow me to login and called support who sent me the same email the website does to reset the password. Neither solution has worked for me.
