AnyMouse
I am in the process of upgrading my home built computer around an Athlon 64 XP to be used for extreme gaming. I ordered the Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI motherboard and two sets of Corsair CMXP512-3200C2 intending to use all four sticks of memory for a total of 2GB of memory. You can imagine my great disappointment to find that not only will the programable displays be inappropriate for my motherboard, but, with all four memory slots configured adjacent to each other, the four sticks of CMXP512-3200C2 will not fit due to their excessive thickness. It is obvious that I will have to return the memory for RMA, but I also need to know which memory modules will fit my motherboard to give me a total of two gigabytes and still be compatable with my system. Your "Memory Configurator" does not do this. Please advise me. Thank you.
