DevBiker Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 OK. It's hard to help when we don't have a lot of information beyond "it doesn't work". Also, please fill out your system details fully. It's incredibly helpful. 1) Is the USB cable plugged in? Which USB header is is plugged in to? 2) Have you updated all of the drivers, particularly the chipset drivers? 3) Have you installed iCue? Do you see the device in iCue? 4) If you don't see it in iCue, can you verify it in USBDeView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html)? 5) Do you have it plugged in to a full SATA port or is it a molex-to-sata adapter?
